You have 15 days to open a return request. You can open a return request by logging into your account or contact us at nfo@lacicognafirme.com. Remember to always include your order number in the subject.

When entering your data you will be asked to choose a payment method. You can choose between:

• Credit/debit cards (including Poste-Pay)
• Scalapay (pay in 3 interest-free installments)
• PayPal (also in 3 installments)

Once we receive your order and confirm the payment by our provider, we will entrust your shipment to the courier within 48 working hours. Delivery times usually vary from 2/3 working days (excluding islands).
